I spent a number of years investigating Buddhism. I sat cross legged. Well, not exactly. I couldn’t exactly get my legs into that position. So I folded my legs under a pillow that my butt sat on. The thing about that is my legs started to go numb. I also did the walking meditation. I got pretty good at the clearing the mind and focusing on my breath. The one thing I did learn from my days studying Buddhism. Living in the moment is a good thing. There are times I am able to do that. This was one of those times.
